Qube Global Software writes and markets leading software for both corporate and investment real estate.This role is to join our implementation team who assist our North American customers to implement our leading Horizon solution. Horizon is an enterprise wide Real Estate management system developed using the Oracle database and application development suite.Requirements:Ideal Candidate OverviewHighlighted below are the required background, experience and personal attributes that will be used to evaluate and recruit the ideal candidate for this important role:At least 3 years experience with an application software company, ideally implementing enterprise level real estate or financial systems.Exhibit excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.Degree level educationPotential to work from home during the first 3 months of employment and then be based in a West Chester PA area office. We would also expect to train the new consultant in our London offices and have them participate in European based projects.Willingness to travel within North America and annually to the UK (typical annual travel around 50%) Legally able to work in the USA. Personal attributes and characteristics that would describe the successful candidate include:Strong work ethic Enjoyment of intense activity and a dedication to meeting difficult objectives. Have a professional approach and appearance and be able to work with customers.Be able to travel throughout the USA and Canada and be able to travel to the UK for product training and updates.Ability to integrate rapidly with an existing team. Self motivated  Ability to anticipate needs and problems, research them thoroughly, develop alternative solutions and establish priorities. Flexible  Ability to deal with changing priorities and schedules.
